Ran down to the gym (2k): one hour of exercise class circuit; upstairs to try the assisted chin-up machine (me 67kg - assist 27kg = successful chin-ups of 40kg); then ran round the back of Holt golf course; 15 x hill springs on 2 minutes; jogged around for extra distance; returned home to total 10k for the day.
