I decided to drive over to Kippax (1k away from home) so that I could do all my running on nice soft grass again today, owing to an injury which won't go away (it's been 5 days). OK I know I have only one reader (you) but if you would like to join me for some runs at Kippax on days I don't meet others elsewhere, you are welcome. The distance was manageable.
It was a quick 5k at sub-5s average, good, albeit some huffing and puffing.
Also there are Griffins (just a few of them here)
