I ran 15k in all today; and a stormy Parliament House session consisting of 3 x 860m with 430m jog in between (plus a short rest) was enjoyed by Deborah, Jennie, Ruth, Jenny, Bernardo, Richard, Colin, Paul, Lisa, George, Celina, Kevin, Jacob, Chloe, Allie, Kahlia, Gwen and Peach plus me of course. [Edit: Warrick dropped in to say hello]. Afterwards we hung around to celebrate Gwen's birthday with champagne. And we were introduced to Percy Pigs, a popular British confection. I took the opportunity to return the favour with a Caramello Koala.
