My running streak day 196

I felt in good health this morning as I ran my easy 5k recovery run at Stromlo Forest Park. Then while Andrew and Bron did a third 2.5k loop, I did some stretching and mobilising. On return they pressured me into running a 4th 2.5k with them so I did and never felt better. I don't want to overdo it, but may extend next week's target to 55k. Today, 7.5k. This week, 48.5k
