Let's be intentional

I wonder how many of your fitness goals for 2014 have been met?
And were they specific enough?
Let's be intentional about fitness in 2015.
  • Have goals. Not just hazy down-the-track ideas but specific plans from day to day; week to week.
  • Join training groups which will help advance those goals.
  • Have coaches or training partners around you who will inspire you and to whom you can be accountable.
  • Be specific about what you plan to do each day.
  • Understand why your plan is a good one, what each day is trying to achieve.
  • Stick to it; don't keep changing plans in mid-stream.
  • Be patient.
  • Remember the three Cs: commitment, consistency, common sense.
