This was after I had done my two hour easy run in the morning. Also training at Stromlo while I was there were Andrew, Lucia, Joel and Dave running a few 400m intervals plus easy running. And a woman was there who ran ten fast solo laps of 2.5k (total=25k) continuously followed by some 100m sprints.
Last week it was Andrew, Joel, Bron and myself having an easy run at Stromlo. But I am getting back to a long run once a week, and at present the long day is Sunday.
