Saturday 29/11: At the Acton Ferry Terminal I was the only one there and started my hill training: 15 minute warmup; 30 minutes of 15 x 90m hill springs on 2 minutes @ Regatta Point; and 15 minute cooldown. Yes "springs" not "sprints".
Sunday 30/11: Andrew and I did laps around the Stromlo grass cross country circuits
Monday 1/12: At Parliament House in my absence Bron, Colin, Daniel, Ewen, Garry, Isaac, Jen, Lola & Ruth ran the steep hill loop from the tennis court with exercises between each interval. Next week is our group dinner!
