A lovely sunny morning in Canberra, and I ran a loop of a 7k course which I used to run many years ago. First time it's been measured though, and it turns out to be 7.2k. So that's good. And I stopped at 7k, not wanting to have to top it up to 8.
Today's run makes 222 days in a row for me, so far, and I have plans to continue this streak indefinitely. Or perhaps more accurately, "non-definitely"?
Robert Ey and his family and friends were all out with him as he completed his 100th marathon on Sunday. I remember "holding hands" with him across the line in the Melbourne Marathon one year, we ran 2:59 coasting home.
