I ran the Gungahlin parkrun this morning, and my time was 23:23, which is my quickest 5k this year (out of many). So that's pleasing. Next week we'll see if I can improve that, perhaps? I am also doing supplementary exercises at home that I haven't done before, e.g. using the roller on my ITB/TFL. We'll see how that goes.
