It was very hot for training at Stromlo Forest Park but that didn't deter many runners in other training groups and four of us from venturing out and facing the heat. Colin, Andrew and Lisa ran between 5 and 8 x 200m intervals, with a 2k warmup and a 2k "cool-down". I totalled 5k.
