Today we restarted the 4:30pm "early run" before the main training session at 5:30pm. Ewen, Miranda and I did the early run (7k) and were joined for varying lengths of time by Sandeep, Rae, Christopher, Bernardo, Tori, George, Gwen, Michael and Susan. The last five listed did the whole main session, 30 minutes of the 930m western loop including an exercise station of their choice each lap.
With the earlier warm-up plus the main session, I completed 14k.
No Jennie today but she did manage an early morning walk yesterday, looking after her hamstring.
