This morning I ran from the shops along Ginninderra Creek, 5.5k in all, nice day for it.
However I was sad to learn of the passing of Dave McInnes. A true champion in every respect.
Michael Thomson, Dave and I in the 1980 Canberra Times Fun Run. Dave went on to win, Michael and I paid for our kamikaze start and dropped back to about 13th and 14th if I recall that day correctly.
