speedygeese training at Parliament House
Last night Craig & I ran early, then joining us at 5:30pm were Andrew, Andy, Browyn, Cathy, Colin, David, Neil, Ruth, Warrick & Yelena. All regulars. Our speed session consisted of 12 x 100m hills on 90 seconds, then some attrition hill sprints. The final five, in order,  were Andrew from Colin, very close, then Andy, Bronwyn, Craig, also very close.
