The simplest ITB stretch. What I need to do regularly. Stretching is a discipline, I never feel like doing it, but I must factor it into the daily schedule.
This stretch loosens up the Iliotibial band.

- Stand with the leg to be stretched behind the other
- Lean over to the non-stretching side
- Push the hip you wish to stretch out to the other side
- Hold for 20 seconds
