Today I ran around Lake Ginninderra - 6.5k, feeling alright, setting a very good PB for the bridge to bridge Strava segment, as it turned out. And I did a one hour session in the gym, strength and conditioning, before that. Next week I might shift this gym session from Wednesday to Tuesday, do it earlier, and run a bit further. I am yet to work out the details if I do change my training to incorporate this.
A bit earlier might be challenging, though.
There is some satisfaction, however, in being the #1 M70 for all these Strava segments that I look at.
