I ran with Andrew and Bron this morning, the best I have felt on a Sunday morning recovery run as far back as I can remember (a few months I suppose). It was great to have Bron join us at Stromlo Forest Park on a Sunday. Total for the day, 12k.
Lisa and I at Gungahlin parkrun yesterday. Lisa ran a PB on her 50th parkrun, skirt with sequins and all. I had to push the pace to keep up. Well done Lisa, flying, obviously.
