A few of us braved the extreme heat at Stromlo Forest Park, running 4 x 400m uphill with water breaks. In attendance were Giles L, Giles Q, Megan, Paul, Pieta, Andrew Sm, Celina, Chloe, Kevin, Jacob M, Rohan and me. My running streak is 26 days but I don't know if this can continue over the weekend, given the high minimums and very high maximums forecast, plus wind and smoke (and a storm Sunday afternoon? Ouch.)
