Twenty people and a dog ran at Parliament House yesterday afternoon, thankfully clear skies after a massive hailstorm wreaked havoc around lunchtime. The only available bit of ground with little debris was our "favourite" hill, so we ran 20 x 100m hill sprints on 90 seconds. Present were Ernesto (new), Rebecca, Peach, Allie, Kevin, Chloe, Jacob, Paul, Megan (new), young Giles (new), Giles, Ruth, Jenny M, Yelena, James, Mick, Peter, Lisa, Tiffany, David and me.
