At speedygeese tonight it was great to see Joel with his children Maya and Vianne at the end of the session. He arrived because his wife Yelena joined us for the first time in a long while, along with Kylie (new), Matt (new), Paul Q, Deborah D, Richard, Jennie, George, Ruth, Rachel, Melissa and James. And me. We ran intervals on the west side hill of 170m, between 6 and 12 times each. Cold air but dry, still, pleasant for running.
