My first Sunday run back at Stromlo Forest Park for a while. Most Sundays for now I plan to arrive there at 8:00am, at least until the hot weather arrives. Because I haven't trained there for a while, this week it was an easy warm-up, followed by 6 x 200m strides, then an easy cool-down.
