Training at Dickson last night: Clint & I ran early, shorter than our usual long Dickson run. Then after a warm-up the group did some relays up and down the 100m straight, mainly because the grass was somewhat soggy and that was the driest part of the track. Participating were Cathy, Colin, Kelley, Margaret, Mick H, Miranda, Rod, Roden & Ruth. Nine people with 3 batons for 15 minutes, then a break jogging up and down the small hills next to the oval, then another ten minutes of sprints. It worked well except for a hamstring strain by one runner at the end of the final sprint.
It is cold out there today.
