Training at SFP on 5 May: Miranda, me, Ana (new) and Alex (new) jogged around, Miranda running 4x500m loops at speed. It was very cold and for some reason I was rather tired! Also jogging around out there were Maria, Amanda W, & Katie.
Thanks everybody for the birthday wishes yesterday. It was an excellent day for celebrating the new age group. I guess I will soon get used to that strange looking "M65" next to my name.
