I ran a total of 16k today, probably my longest day for the longest time. In the morning too, an intense 45 minute circuit in the gym, see below.
Speedygeese training at Stromlo Forest Park tonight consisted of 10 x 200m with 100m float, and was attended by Brownie, Andrew, Allie, Bron, Jen, Isaac, Jennie, Jenny, Paul Q, Colin, Celina, Jacob and Kevin.
