From Ruth: "It’s Monday and Spring is here. There was a good turnout at training tonight for Rose Garden intervals but sadly six people (Colin, Mick, Jodie, Warrick, James and Dave) had to leave before the photo shoot missing out on the delicious mini banana cupcakes baked by Mia and mummy Susan. And of course there are always jellybeans!"
My report: Colin and James ran 12 intervals on 2:30; Jodie and Mick 11 on 2:40; Clare and Susan 11 on 2:50; Ruth 10 on 3:00, Jenny M, Kahlia and Yelena did what they could; while Maya and I watched, Dave seemed to do more than his usual, Warrick joined in too, and finally, I think I glimpsed Christopher for 0.5 seconds before the warm-up.
There will certainly be a resetting of start groups before the next Rose Garden interval session.
