We had a speedygeese session at Parliament House. Thursday 22nd. Present were Lisa, Dave, Geoff W, Denis, Jen, Jenny, Jennie, Brownie, Paul Q, Clare, and me just before I left for Norfolk Island. The session was 4x400m then 200m intervals.

And from Jenny M: "SG Intervals..... Not sure how I got elevated to being Ruth’s stand in (hard shoes to fill)but I’m honoured 😲 ... firstly it’s a big congratulations to our leader Geoff who turned up on his 49th wedding anniversary (thanks to his beautiful wife Jenny for giving him permission), but they are off to Norfolk Island tomorrow 🏖🏝
Maybe spring isn’t far away with a warmer than usual evening for Geese enthusiasts leader Geoff, Geoff#2, Dave, Jen#1, Jennie #2, Jenny #3 (so many J’s) Claire, Paul, Lisa, Dennis and Peter and thanks to Paul for providing the jellybeans 🤠" - with pic --

While I was away: Mon 26 August "Well done to this evening's Speedygeese who ran relay intervals at Parliament House. It was hard work but a lot of fun. Vanessa, SÊv, Mick, Robin, Warwick, George, James, Shane, and occasional appearances by Dave. 😁"

And Thu 29 August with pic below: "Great challenging fun session tonight running flats and hills in a different way thanks to Jennie Blake and Paul Quinn who organised us in Geoff Moore’s absence. And a big thank you to our Lindt ball queen, Clare - yum!"
