Speedygeese training at the Canberra Arboretum this morning. Good looking runners but no so great a choice of background!
And for those inclined to train on a less hilly, and softer underfoot, course, or like me have too many calf-related niggles, with spring-like weather finally arriving and the magpies disappearing Andrew and I resumed 7:30am Sunday training at Stromlo Forest Park today. I should manage to get there most Sundays even if it is only for a 5k jog on the grass like today was. But Andrew ran a couple of fast 1ks at the end. Joel plans to join us soon and others are more than welcome.
