The last two days I have worn my heart rate monitor and will continue to do so on most runs. I was pleased to see no abnormalities in evidence. The highest reading was ~144 at the top of the longest climb.

I started Wednesday's run after an hour in Anu's "easy" gym class. The run was 10k around Higgins/Holt and it took another hour (59:45). I felt a bit sluggish and went slowly for the first few kms, but was OK towards the end.
