YCRC Spring Series #4
Black Mountain Peninsula 5k cross country.
I wasn't expecting to run this but they had enough officials so I pulled on the running shoes and did the 5k. It was three laps exactly; my splits were 8:00, 7:45 and 7:40. A pleasant tempo run, on a good course when rain-softened. Surprisingly it was my course pb by 35 seconds.
