1:40pm 8k men under 20
2:05pm 6k women under 20
2:35pm 8k open women
3:10pm 12k open men
The ACT are fielding a strong open men's team this year and should do well in the team's category.

Liz Bennett ran the tan (Melbourne) ultra 50k and was fourth female in 4:23
Kathy Southgate ran yesterday's High Noon 1500m in 5:23, taking more than 20 seconds off the ACT W55 record.
