My progress
last week’s target 90km achieved 70km
I also did two hard gym sessions, each including 45 minutes exertion on the stepper, plus chins, lat pulldowns, and 60 hip flexor exercises.
weight 65 kg weight loss -1 kg total weight loss 2 kg
My weight has swung into reversal after the marathon. A return to longer weeks should arrest that and bring my weight back down again fairly quickly.
