Today I started a 9:30am Tuesday circuit class, a harder one than I have been doing in recent times. This will replace the 10:30am Wednesday strength class, as I am getting too used to the latter. Also, the earlier start gives me a chance to do a longer Tuesday run, which I intend to build on as the weather improves (hopefully). Today the run was 9k.
And today we got some free publicity, nationally, for our free training sessions! Good to have mentions of similar groups elsewhere, too.
