My running streak day 145

I was quite sore today and still did my 60 minute gym circuit. I ran my scheduled 5k as well; it was a cooler day; but one of my slower runs.

Here is Suzie and her little one, two years old so cute, cooling off at the Botanic Gardens a few days ago, when it was very hot elsewhere.
