I have drawn a line under all my running times, today is the restart. Pensioner PBs here I come.
Actually, today I will run 8k cross country on the identical course (I hope) where I did so badly on Easter Monday at the National Cross Country this year. 8k, 4 laps of 2k. Time to beat, 37:43. Objective analysis tells me I am no fitter now than then. However, the time was so pathetic, beating it will be a good start to serious M65 running. Then to celebrate.
