Highlights of last night's track meet: The heat was the highlight last night. It certainly beat me, as did the rest of the field. I haven't run dead last in a non-handicap event for a very long time. If you can call a 14:30 3000m running.
Too hot!
At least we can sit and watch the cricket again today.
I would have taken running in the heat as to the wind we have here...
ReplyDeleteIt was rather hot. Counting down the laps I had to stand in Kelley's shade to get out of the heat.
ReplyDelete14:30 is running - faster than the warm-up run we do Monday nights!
