Up early, onto the Tube to get to Paddington Station our London departure point, then cross country train to our Cardiff destination and a walk to a great hotel halfway between the city and the bay. From there I went for a run around the bay, which is documented elsewhere! Dinner at a pub next door. Cardiff is great, will go back for a long stay one day!
