Monday training saw Alan, Christopher, Emma, Ewen, Gary, me, Joel, Kathy, Maria, Miranda & Yelena enjoy 5 x 600 with a 600 jog, under lights at Parliament House.

Meanwhile on Sunday in the City to Surf, the speedygeese that I know about were
369th Steve Johnstone 53.56
504th Tim Calver 54:21
2276 Kelley Flood 63.50
2484 Ewen Thompson 64:54
4136 Rae Palmer 70:10 3rd W60
4381 Al Green 70:13
5165 Adam Robinson 73.27
6563 Bronwyn Calver 72:37
6575 David Baussmann 70:58
6688 Geoff Barker 78:40
6872 Charmaine Knobel 73.41
7990 Peter Hogan 76.58
10451 Ruth Baussmann 80:25
11761 Margaret McSpadden 85:18

Later we will know whether Rae Palmer placed in the W60s [edit: 3rd]. Along with any team results.

Speaking of which, I have decided not to enter a team in the Canberra Times Fun Run. Entries close soon so if you are planning to run you should enter asap.

Big Brother

Low Noon - High Noon

Sunday is the next High Noon Meet. The following week is the Masters Half Marathon. If you look at the advertisement in today's paper, you will notice that the organisers have "forgotten" that we don't call ourselves Veterans any more. That will NOT help our evaluation of the response to the new name. All in all the feedback has been very positive, this is the only unexpected response. Deliberate? Maybe. Some people just don't get it! Give up, guys!
