Friend-of the-geese Bruce Graham ran fifth in 16.29. Not bad for a 46 year old! I achieved all stated targets, with splits for the two laps of 10.04 and 10:22. It was 33.3 degrees at 6pm, with an unwelcome hot northerly wind to struggle against. After the race was over, a much cooler easterly blew in.
Thursday track program. I will warm up for the 1500m but may wait and run the 3000m (or even the spiral if I feel like a win!). Otherwise I will be there to cheer everyone on. BTW the program has changed at the last minute again, with a 100m race added.

Their innocence will pull me through
