Stage four of the Marathon des Sables: http://www.darbaroud.com/index_uk.php can be one or two days, most runners get a rest day. So after the completion of stage four, Tim is now officially in 123rd, before the 82km stage four he was 143rd. He is still the third Australian, however the leading Australian got well away from him this time and is 90 minutes ahead of Tim in 81st place. Tim’s run time totals 28:33.55. Stage five will be only 42kms! Stage six will be the last stage.

Tim can be seen in this video - http://www.darbaroud.com/uk/html/mds/26mds/videos/uk_26mds_videos_stage4a.php - at between 3:34 and 3:49.

I like the fact that someone found this blog yesterday after a search on “protect nesting geese”.

  1. That's some line of ants. I want Tim to wear that hat next time he runs at Parly House. And I've advised ASADA about Bron's 3000m time.

  2. I think that hat will be running by itself after the MDS!

I'm waiting for the call or the knock on the door from ASADA!!
