  3. THX Geoff. And good luck to you and all the rest of the training group. I look forward to seeing you all and having some nice long chats over the long weekend.
I don't know how you manage to just keep going like you do - a marathon, then a long run on Wednesday, then race a 10K and an 800 on Friday, then a 1500m, 5k, 8K CC. You must have a battery that recharges instantly or the proverbial Duracell Bunny!
    Good luck to everyone.

  4. Katthy, I am not quite that ambitious - I will see if I can hobble around the 10k on Friday (only because there are three entrants in the old 55s!) and definitely give the 800 and 1500 a miss before seeing how I feel on Sunday for the 5000.

  5. Best of luck to Team Moore and friends! I'm looking forward to reading the results on Monday evening.

Take it easy in the 10k Geoff - I think you might do a good 5000.
