But after today's late morning run, Garmin says recovery time 56 hours. I have two more long easy runs scheduled Saturday and Sunday! Saturday, a trot around Gungahlin, and Sunday a trot around Stromlo.
This is the same Garmin that tells me to move when I have been sitting down after a hard workout. Be consistent!
Then there will be an "Active" exercise class and a morning run on Monday, as well as Monday night training at Parliament House.
I wonder if "coach Garmin" will then prescribe a year off?
