In April, pending weather and other considerations when adjustments will be made, here is a plan.
The speedygeese will revert to some kinds of hill sessions and some longer training sessions on Mondays and Thursdays. April is stuffed full of holidays and marathon recovery days; despite all that we are not missing any sessions. It will be darker with no daylight so headlamps may be required. It will be cooler so winter clothing may be necessary. And participants have the option of doing their own thing. But as for me, I am organised, let's go!
