FOOTNOTES
1. Thursday night track is jointly with the ACTA, so procedures are different. After paying at the front gate as usual you will be directed to the Commonwealth Room to sign on for your events when you will be then entered on to the evening's database. You will be provided with chest numbers (your own club number) - this will assist with the recording and result entering. Heats are run in the usual way - according to your estimated time.

2. Ouch! After getting up this morning, my left calf feels like someone has stuck needles into it. Still, I might be able to run today, with a bit of work on the calf.

3. And so, niggles permitting, tomorrow I plan to avoid concurrency with walkers and run the 1500m for a change. Or else, an easy day.
