• Our backyard rain gauge has measured over 260mm so far and the rain is still pouring down.
• We had planned to run along this path yesterday but strangely it was closed! I don't think the Boat House East 5k race will be on again for a while.

• Watch out for debary on the Cotter Road

• I haven’t run yet today, I will do a real run (i.e. outdoors) later this afternoon when the rain might have eased. The streak is up to day 64.
• The Six Foot Track next Saturday might be interesting. A real "tough mudder". Check out the Cox River in this video.

• Training at Parliament House Monday at 5:30 pm will be on come heaven or high water.
