Today I negotiated the hills (and strong wind) really well and even finished with very even splits, to run 13th in 23:44. This took a big slice off the M70 record, ~6 minutes from memory. Hmm, having Friday off did no harm.
Another speedygeese Cameron ran 11th. I nearly ran him down at the half way mark but the next uphill sorted me out.
