mending a fuse

An essential element of every training plan is recovery. Easy days, recovery runs, and rest must be factored into every training plan. And a very very important component of this plan is sleep. I don't think we can emphasise enough, the role sleep plays in recovery.

I do get a good 9 hours sleep each night. And if I don't, I do take nanna naps. Catnaps even.
