Early on
Goose hug, Gary and Rachelle
Gary winning bronze and apparently the whole Gordon family winning gold and silver
Gary's crowd of admirers
Monday's training
Five trained early - Craig, Ewen, Helen, Ruth & me - and only four joined us later for a pleasant session of 3 by 950m in the cool - Bronwyn, Jodie, Rachelle & Richard. Some people must have been recovering from Sunday's racing, but I like the idea of running it out the next day with a solid if steady effort.
The weather was a bit crazy - the official minimum for the day was recorded at at 4:30pm, just as we first set out!
All in all an enjoyable session with good company.
Despite the cool last day in November, the average maximum temperature in November for Canberra was a new record, one whole degree above the previous record.
Song of the week: Rain, by Creed, from their new album "Full Circle". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qrp5JmejSE
