AMA 8k Cross Country races
Conditions - hot.
First race- Rachelle silver medal W35
Second race - me 6th M60 (quite a good run though)
Third race - Bruce 1st M45 (and outright winner)
Third race - Roger bronze medal M50s
Many ACT runners who had entered didn't start, ie Katie, Kathy, Anne, Amanda, Ken.
