That second-smallest of margins strikes again - with Sally winning gold by 0.02 seconds in the short hurdles final.

Australia might achieve its primary goal and end up with more golds than New Zealand after all!

Last night training at Dickson oval, we had a relay of 3 teams running 12 x 2 x 330m with 110m jog. The teams were Colin & Craig, Roden  & Susan, Yelena & Mick.

  1. So you guys bag another gold and move ahead of SA on the medal table, I'm going to be shouting for our athletes to steel another gold or 3!!! to climb back above you guys...

We still have a chance in the ladies 800m, Javelin, and the 500m ladies K1.
    Go SA

    1. We're now ahead of Kazakhstan too! 6 golds! Semenya looked pretty good in her 1st round 800m race.
