Training this morning: A comfortable 17k, starting to recover from sore feet and legs, running with Andy and Susan. We stopped for chin-ups and I managed three this time.
Tomorrow we're meeting at 8:00am at Parliament house, having a long leisurely run watching the Half Iron Man.
