how to run faster
If you're older, and getting slower, and want to run faster over long distances, train longer! Anti-intuitive, but true.
Of course, you will need to continue, or at some early stage resume, your tempo running, speed work, and racing as well.

  1. Train longer. I guess that means run further. Or run just as far but slower :)

  2. Does training longer mean you could do training sessions that last for 3 hours and just include more rest, drills and stretching time - just like the sprinters ;)
